There are choices we can make to live a happy and free life, but sometimes there are things that are bigger than us that make life hard.
Sometimes we really don't know if 'everything will be ok'.
The idea behind iZRA is that we really want you to know that you are never alone.
You are never trapped. There is always hope.
You are not the only person who struggles and there are people who want to help you find a way to feel better. That's what being in community is about.
So let's share our stories and how we can make the most of where we are right now.
If you, or someone you care about, is in crisis and you think immediate action is needed, call emergency services (triple zero – 000), contact your doctor or mental health crisis service, or go to your local hospital emergency department. Do not leave the person alone, unless you are concerned for your own safety.
To speak to someone immediately contact the beyondblue Support Service on 1300 22 4636 or Lifeline 13 11 44.
We are big believers in talking to the people in your world who care, such as your school counsellor, chaplain or that teacher you really click with.
OR below are some of our friends who are super great!!
