This 3 episode program looks at how to deal with conflict in a way that is a win-win for everyone.

Each episode is about 5-10 minutes long and is accompanied by a digital workbook with discussion/reflection question worksheets.

Episode 1: What is your conflict style? - are you naturally more conflict avoiding or conflict seeking?

Episode 2: Dealing with big emotions - tips for dealing with those big emotions that can cloud our judgement. Remember, we can’t trust our brain when we’re angry!

Episode 3: 3 Steps for conflict - once we know our natural default and have managed some of our emotions, these steps help us get the best out of conflict.

Episodes can be used across 3 separate lessons or all in one session. Length of each episode and questions will depend on size of group, length of discussion and student engagement. .
