Cassie is passionate about people engaging with PURPOSE and RESILIENCE - she happens to think it is make or break... it sure was for her!
With studies in Communications, Psychology, International Aid and Innovation, Cassie created IZRA to empower young Australians and teams with resilience.
Cassie has grown IZRA over the last eight years to include a range of unique and interactive programs delivered by a team of speakers, reaching thousands of people each year.
Through her start-up and leadership experience, Cassie has the privilege of serving on the board of YouthCARE - WA’s leading provider of pastoral care and values education programs.
Cassie presents a range of the Resilience and Leadership Workshops in schools and youth organisations for IZRA. Cassie also heads up the Team Development arm of IZRA, running collaborative sessions on leadership, resilient teams and creative solutions.
