This 7-episode resilience curriculum includes weekly video content and lesson plans and worksheets targeted at Years 5-10 and is aligned with the Australian Health Curriculum.

Exploring Emotional Intelligence, Self-Responsibility and Empathy, this video series opens up discussion around a range of topics including relationships, emotional health, comparison and healthy relational boundaries.

Each lesson includes a 5-6 minute video, Digital Lesson Plans and Activity Sheets. The range of questions in our Lesson Plans allows you to tailor the content and discussions to the age you are working with.

This series addresses the following elements of the Australian Curriculum including:
YEARS 5-6:
- Practise skills to establish and manage relationships (ACPPS055)
- Examine the influence of emotional responses on behaviour and relationships (ACPPS056)

YEARS 7-8:
- Investigate the benefits of relationships and examine their impact on their own and others’ health and wellbeing (ACPPS074)
- Analyse factors that influence emotions, and develop strategies to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity (ACPPS075)
YEARS 9-10: - Investigate how empathy and ethical decision making contribute to respectful relationships (ACPPS093)
- Evaluate situations and propose appropriate emotional responses and then reflect on possible outcomes of different responses (ACPPS094)

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Purchase the 'MARKED - IZRA School Resilience Video Series' for use in 2021.
2. You will then have the opportunity to download the Digital Lesson Plans and Activity sheets which will also be sent to you via email from the IZRA team in the next 24 hours.
3. Within the Digital Lesson Plans booklet, you will see a link to access the videos and the password for each video which can be shared with staff and parents.
This link will be accessible via password for the calendar year.
